Dr. Oz Discusses The hCG Diet

I hope you find that the hCG Diet is not that hard to follow and with the help of using spices to make your protein dishes tasty, cooking becomes very easy. No sauces to make which are the reason we gain weight anyways. And it only takes minutes to throw together your salad or vegetable to go along with the protein.
